They aren’t normal ones, its all custom software. you get guys like the chap you put up in the blog who work for us, but also others what work for the system and get paid many euros/pounds/crowns for doing so – I’ve worked in IT for years and known many formerly “right on” IT people who have “turned traitor” and taken on some big government contracts when the cheque is waved at them..
In England our cops use Windows software and it is always out of date and going wrong and less reliable
