is there is any legal painkiller that really can help through withdrawal symptom ?

Or is there is any natural food or drink that can help my body release the poison out from my system ?

Does lowering my heroin dose help ? Or it is no use because it is still heroin anyway. What i mean is, when i take one puff of heroin, i think that i already take heroin, heroin is already in my system, so taking one puff or 10 puffs does not make a difference. Or does it ?

I managed to get a hand on subutex but until now i still dont dare to take it. The subutex that i got is made in China and very low dose. It is 0.3mg per tablet.

How many hours should i wait after i take heroin to take subutex?

And how many days should i wait if i were on methadone before i start on subutex?

Is it true that if u take subutex immediately just after u take heroin u will get a withdrawal symptom instead ?

The subutex will act like naltrexone and u will get instant crazy withdrawal symptom?

And how many dose of subutex should i take ? i am thinking of 4 0.3mg tablets in the morning and another 4 0.3mg tablets at night then reduce to 4 and 3 the next day. I dont know whether it really can help! I mean it is such a low dose! And i only have 30 tablets. But i have lots of sleeping pills. Should i just take those and sleep everyday or perhaps forever?

Lower the dose as fast as you can. Use less and less after a few weeks you wont even notice the withdrawal. I was injecting though not smoking.

You have to really want to come off though. Then your next step is staying off and dealing with all the baggage you have after a heroin adiction.

given what part of the world you are in the Buddhist temple may not be a bad idea. At least there they may be able to help you with the discipline and organisation you need in your life.

If its any consolation you are probably in the “least worst” country in East Asia in your state. My extended family are from Malaysia and I certainly wouldn’t want to be in any of the countries like MY, ID or TH in your situation with the current drug laws in those nations..

my heroin dose is not really high, especially i am not using the high quality heroin. My dose is about 0.25gram a day.

And the thing is, it is true to the fact that i am using more than i need because i am scared.

Especially everytime i just wake up from my sleep, i will immediately go into a panic stage if i dont have any heroin in my possession. I am traumatized by the withdrawal symptom that i will call the dealer immediately after i woke up even though i can still stand my withdrawal.

Is there is any painkiller or any anxiety pills that can help me out and it is legal to purchase?

Does Subutex help with the anxiety?

if this is the case fuck using anything thats a tiny dose an as ahc said it dosent last long but u gota realy wana do it.ive done it befor an of a much higher dose i wanted it so it wos quite easy!!its up to you..

0.25 is nothing I was on about 2 grams a day prob enough to kill 5 people outright if they main lined it.
Theres no point really discussing this subject any further your either going to stop or your not. Every smack head whines about stopping and very very few actually do so I’m not going to waste my time on another whinger come back when your 6 months clean then you will have my respect.

Hundreds of US troops got addicted to high grade Heroin during the Vietnam war and as soon as they arrived back in the US never used again without any major problems.

In your first post you said you stopped for a year, right? So you know you can stop cos you’ve already proved it – you did it before so you can do it again if you want to. Question is do you really want to? Cos like Mr AHC said, you gotta really be determined. Sounds almost like it’s the fear of the withdrawal more than the withdrawal itself that you’re struggling with, and the fear isn’t a physical symptom it’s in your head. Probably your subconscious mind telling you that you just want another hit – only you can decide whether you face the fear head on or give in to it – do what you gotta do.

i hate people like you. Who can boast to other addict bacause you are clean now, knowing you are on top and addicts like me are at the bottom. I do not need your respect. I dont respect people like you.

I gave you the best advice but as yet you dont know it… I’m not bosting! why the fuck would I boast about being a smackhead.

I gave you advice but you dont seem to want it! Carry on with your theory of replasing one drug with another but at the end of the day you still have to stop taking drugs… That is the answer! I’ve done it so wouldnt you say I know the answer?

In my opinion you’ll still be on smack this time next year if not this time in five years as from what your saying your not ready.
