To the best of my knowledge, Superman is alive and well still, thanks to the paramedic folk who turned up on bicycles (we have these here in East Anglia, they contain all the kit needed including defibrilator).
a problem for “buitenlanders” is whilst pill testing is available, increasingly it seems to be done for the Dutch speakers only (as its public funded). Also there is still a “controle” (search) at ML – so people who are not “super georganisëerd” may be tempted to buy pills there and then of dubious quality.
there was an OD in 2009 but not this dude and one partyflock comment from that time is worth remembering

anyway each year there are more footballers what die on the field than at a rave party (indeed in Italy a young chap had fatal heart attack whilst playing (I think) for a youth team just a few days ago)
