Does anyone here take any vitamins or supplements and if so which ones do you think truly benefit you in any way?
For me, vitamin d magnesium turmeric and potent vit b 12 pills have all had significantly positive effects on my overall health.
When I had an alcohol problem I used to take citaminb.
Multivits, the ketone & lean tabs you can buy from my protein and ZMA but thats only really as i gym alot, i dont knnow if it benefits my own health too much really
I Have been eating raw Garlic throughout the whole winter and so far had no infections/flu colds ………..
I take the B group of vitamins they stop me getting moth ulcers. From too many anti-inflammation tabs, (NSAIDS).
I take b12 under the tongue because i am pernicious anemic, (don’t absorb b12 through the stomach)
Protein powder to help supply muscle, due to gym 3 times a week.
Vital greens to supply micro nutrients.
And I have a good balanced diet, lots of veg, salads and a few meats, chicken , fish and red.
And I’m still fuked, lol

No, but I should probably look into it.
Apparently Omega 3 can/may help alleviate symptoms of Bipolar, or according to my mum’s research. I’ve yet to find a medication that aids me long term so maybe through various supplements I could stabilise myself more.
