it would indicate its a younger crew being given a chance and like it or not everyone gets a say in big licensing applications. I do not know the area that well and there may be houses in the vicinity, in these areas often the younger people in them are in their fifties, and the bulk of the population aged 70-100+!
Provided there aren’t noise complaints or incidents of violence they might be allowed a later time next year.
I think it would be much better if Councils put their license applications online like what is done with planning applications in many areas, where you can see the plans and all the correspondence, IMO that is real transparency in local democracy..
