When you say you’ve tried many different smoking blends what do you mean? You mean brand named stuff like that and black mamba or spice? Synthetic cannabinoids are very potent indeed which leads me to believe you’ve bought crap in the past.
Which country are you in? The US?
I just had a very quick look and in the US at least 1cannabinoid, and the only 1 I looked for so highly unlikely to be the only one (5f-AKB48 is what I saw) so you have very decent noids available, I think the problem is you’ve not looked properly at what a synthetic cannabinoid is.
The blends you are asking about are almost certainly made from one or a combination of a few different synthetic cannabinoids an then they arethis mixture of chemicals is dissolved in a sovent and then placed on some sort of leaf which makes the cannabinoid easier and safer to smoke.
A good vendor, with a good product to sell, will have blends that explicitly state they contain these compounds. Sounds like you didn’t scroll far enough down page 1 of google when you looked up “legal weed” or whatever.
