It’s fairly easy to tell when someone’s on heroin… Sunken cheeks and glazed eyes for a start. Track marks can be hidden fair dos but your face can’t.
Just the fact that you think nobody will notice if you’re on heroin is madness.
please go to the doctor for your depression, along with mental health help they will also prescribe you some drugs that can help.
