Diclofenac is like strong nurophen. I doubt there’s any issue with mixing the two (Diclophenac and coke i mean, don’t mix diclophenac with neurophen, that’s not good), but I’m not a doctor, and a doctor would just say plainly don’t do coke as it’s dangerous on it’s own. I’d think it would be fine though as diclophenac isn’t psychoactive at all nor a stimulent.
I will however warn you of diclophenac on it’s own, they also give it to cattle as where some cattle that have taken it have died vultures and the likes that have fed off the bodies have died from injection of diclophenac. There’s a question mark over it’s head about how safe it is to use (or there was when I was prescribed it a year or so ago, I didn;t take it in the end just to be safe). So just be aware of that.
Also mixing mephedrone with coke might not be such a good idea as it could put even more stress on your heart and like psy says, lead to an increased chance of dehydration, overheating and possibly cardiac arrest. But there’s a risk involved in taking any stimulant drugs even on their own when it come to your hearts behavior.
