Before I start, I should say, I am prescribed 20mg methylphenidate SR, and 10mg methylphenidate IR tablets. Along with 250mg Quetiapine, and 300mg of Bupropion SR. I have always had some difficulty saying ‘no’ to illicit substances, but now that I have a prescription of Ritalin, I cannot, and I repeat, CANNOT help myself from taking a few too many. I know what this could lead to, and I guess I’m asking for any tips on how to quit this bad habit..
Thanks.
Are you asking for tips to stop yourself popping extra methylphenidate? I think that;s what I got from your post, unfortunately bud, it’s purely down to self control which is bloody difficult to get hold of lol.

Yeah, I figured so.. Thanks anyway though.
You could supplement it with ethylphenidate but that’s not really solving the problem.
trypti has it right no one is making you take them, reminds me of having an ativian script 120 a month was more than i needed so i’d just randomly take like 5 or 10, self control is the name of the game.
