So, I’ve had some pretty good experience in my time with weed (been smoking for over 2 years straight) and with mushrooms that I had grown myself over this past summer but now that my shroom fiasco is over I have been feeling the urge to have another psychedelic trip.

Two substances repeatedly keep calling my name…Acid and DMT. I know that DMT is the craziest shit you’ll ever smoke as far as psychedelics go and I know that it is basically an acid trip wrapped up into 15 to 20 minutes of “HOLY FUCKIN’ SHIT” so I’ve decided to try my luck with good old Lucy first. The thing about my mushrooms was that I really didn’t feel all psychedelic like a lot of people report having with shrooms…just a retarded amount of making weird noises and a pretty intense amount of euphoria and lots of laughter. I did experience minor visuals (our blue bed sheets looked like a rippling ocean for a bit, patterns on the ceiling and walls shifted, walls were breathing, etc.) And I did have that feeling of “connectedness” to the world but not to the degree others have described it…so I feel like its time to take this shit to the next level.

I have a friend who can hook me up with a hit or 2 of acid for like 15 or 20 depending on how much the hits are. He says that this shit is a definitely a good kind to start out with for a beginner. I plan on dropping it on a night where I have nothing to worry about for the following day or anything and I’m gonna get together with some friends and do it. This thread will hopefully chronicle my adventures through the unknown void of LSD.

God damn price of LSD has gone up, pretty sure I used to pay £3 for a strawberry or Wagonwheel, used to buy them in strips like stamps lol, I think the microdots were only about £5………………. mind you that was 20 years ago lol inflation’s a bitch

£5 last time I got any and that was in the late 2000s. I think there is a big price premium for decent drugs in the USA because of the greater risks involved.

Well, the most I had ever taken was somewhere around 4g I think…THAT was a pretty insane trip, now that I reflect on it. It was with 2 of my friends and as we looked into the starry night sky, there were little flashes of light visible somewhere deep in space. It almost looked like lightning flashes or something…I imagined scenes from Star Wars, to be honest. Then, when we were all tripping so hard all we could do was lay on the floor and stare at the ceiling, it began to stretch. I don’t know how else to describe it, but the ceiling was half light and half dark because there were some lights on upstairs and I was laying at the bottom of the stairs. There were shadows dancing around everywhere else and everything just looked like it was in constant motion…even the fan, which was perfectly still, mind you. (My friends said the fan morphed into some ceiling plant monster.) Anyway, I stared and stared at this crazy shit until next thing I knew I was laying on my side in the fetal position. I had a weird feeling…like I had been born again. It wasn’t super profound, but it was there.

Congratulations mate, you’ve just learned one of the most importan parts of tripping imo – reflection. I was the same at first, but now I see reflection and waiting and thinking about the previous experience, what it did for me how I felt etc. as just as important as having a spriritual and profund experience.

good point, it all starts coming together when you reflect upon the trip and things that are happening in your everyday life that never made any sense before just suddenly start making total sense and have a clarity about them.

The nice thing about trips is not only the trip themselves, but their ability to make me see new things, or see things that were always there but I never really paid attention to. I think that, you’ll find, is one of the greatest treasures of tripping.

Yeah It’s not even the visual aspect or whatever that is the best part about trips. Low doses can be amazing for insight too.
I’d reccomend people take a low dose of shrooms, find somewhere chill in nature (The rock of enlightenment, i’ll never forget thee!) and just chat with those closest to you.

One of teh things that somebody had told me before i first tried lsd that really hit home was ” You will see the truth”.
Now you will need to wait until after you’ve had lsd to properly understands what those words mean 🙂
