although it doess seem that one is real and automated “fake videos” are modern, the concept is a lot older..
During the 1940s the British got hold of copies of German propaganda newsreels via the Resistance. UK and DE use 24 frames a second for movie film with sound; and in those days sound was often recorded on an optical track which when viewed on a movie film editor with a magnifier actually looks just like signal on a modern digital audio workshop app like Audition or Audacity. On these you can see where the beats and bar changes are in the music; and can edit the film accordingly :laugh_at:
