You should be fine. As your not a regular user so no long term build up off trace elements in your system. Generally 72 hrs is the rule but then everyones metabolism is different.

If you were taking ounces of the stuff every week then that might well be a different story. Get yourself some test kits on-line or dont take it again and that too will help lol.

Drinking lots of water will help dilute and wash it out of your liver and kidneys, others say cranbury juice, personally my favourite is blueberry juice – tastes nicer. Dont go mad though just a litre a day will do.
