located in london
pm me any offers
dont like naming prices so ho much would one top cost and same with the bottom?
will probaly be really interested if reasonably priced =]
at the moment i would like to sell the stack complete and not split it up. Its just i built it all myself and just would like to see it being used as a complete stack…
may suit a new party crew who are looking for serious sound equipment. In the future they could make there sound bigger by getting stack of the same cabs to run as a stereo pair
Its 100% horn loaded and loaded with the proper drivers would kick serious ass. HD215 and MT121 for those of you that know about these things
pshh i dont like makin offers either but name a price and we’ll see if i can work with it…also, im in america at the moment so id cover the shipping cost if youd be down for putting in the shipping effort ^ ^ the many detroments of livin in the states 😥
mate for the cost of shipping to USA you could build your own
u reckon? i dont know fuckall about pricing of shipping to the US except for shipping vinyl, and i know half that cost is for packaging and handling the vinyl, but cheers for that info mate 😉
couldn’t someone back here keep it safe ’till you get back?
Hi guys
To be honest if i were in your shoes i would just wait untill your back in the country or make them/get them made over there. The plans are free and can be found easily.
Shipping would be costly as one of those bass bins would probably weigh in at approx 90kg loaded with the pd drivers, and maybe about 35kg for the tops.
Plus sound systems cost money just sitting about, only get it if your going to get some joy out of it. Amps need servicing, storage costs, risk of theft, etc. I’d leave it for the time being…. theres always next summer bro.
And remember the birch plywood out there is cheaper to buy then here, so by the time you got it out there you would be able to buy a $5000 system off the shelf
pics of the unpainted cabs…
proper job
cool cheers mate, great job! and yes boothy, i could have a mate over there hold em for me, but not all my mates over there are trustworthy if u know what i mean :groucho: but i bet if i could get em to my cousin in suffolk hed be more than happy to look after em and put some drivers in em as well raaa would be a nice addition to our lil rig, however i am tryna get a rig together over here to throw some fat ol parties…blatantly gonna call the rig septic sound (septic tank=yank) look out for it when i move back over there! (gonna be about 3 years hehe) :bounce_fl :group_hug raaa i need to start buildin some of my own stuff, seems every time ive been with my mates and we’ve made some bins theyve been really basic cubes and shit i would like to learn to make scoops n looney bins tho raaa anythin i need to know? how to bend wood etc.? hehe i really dont know too much about construction, im into the speakers and mixin the tunes that come outa em ^ ^
Yes Mate, that stack looks heavy and london really isn’t far from me, but i can see that you were selling this years ago so.. is it still up for sale?
