Two weeks before the event, so that’s the 19th March.
SAFE SAFE! raaa
Is this the party at Alexandra Palace? Can anyone give me any details? Like what kind of place is it and what kind of music will there be. All I know is where the Palace is.
I’m also trying to rope a friend to come with me. He isn’t into going out and to be honest I don’t want to go alone. Any suggestions?
Yeah the party is at the palace. The music will be Hardcore ,Drum + Bass/Jungle, Old School Rave , Hard House , Hardstyle , Hard Techno . Its going to be sick.
I’ve got a couple of questions. Hopefully you’ll answer since I’m new to this whole going out thing.
1: Whats the dress code?
2: I notice it starts at 8pm. Do people actually go at that time?
3: I’m getting a wad of cash on the 17th of March. Would it be to late to buy tickets for it then?

1. so many people from different scenes or whatever go to this kinda thing, anything goes 😉
2. probably would say depends on what time certain acts are starting etc, just aim to be there for the act you’d most like to see.. if not 9-10pm onwards like a club night what i usualy do
3. pushing it a bit late might wana get tickets in before then.. maybe get late deal on hotel or something later (if needed)
1: Anything? I wasn’t planning on wearing any glow in the dark but if people are then me wearing jeans and a shirt would look a bit ordinary.
2: I don’t really have anyone I want to see. I’m new and I want to experience a bit of everything before I make a decision. What doesn’t help is that the kind of music I normally listen isn’t the kind that I can dance to.
3: I don’t think I need a hotel. I live in London and I can easily get home from the area this is.
By the way thank you for your help. It’s very much appreciated here.
Anything goes usually yeah, you get people in jeans, trakkies, hoodies, ravers in full out UV .. best just finding something your going to feel comfortable in : )
I’d aim to get there a little later than opening to avoid being one of the first there ^^
kikoyo … a few of us might be meeting up in a pub nearby b4 hand if you’re going…. raaa
i mite be hitting tranzmission, just afew things putting me off it – the dogs, its £40 and the fact i live SW London so its a fucking mission to get home.
Jon you snooze you lose mate
1. The tickets were £20 for ages
2. Be creative with your stash don’t be blatent and you will be left alone
3. Not much of a raver are you? RAVERS will come from all over the country for place for this and your moaning about SW LONDON!:you_crazy Stay at home with that attitude buddy we will be having fcuking banging time without you.:laugh_at:raaa
i know lol, im gutted i didnt see them £20 tickets before.
I love a drum n bass rave but Sammin vinyl raves never seem as good to me as the likes of innovation, breakin science and raveology events.
Still i know ill have a good time once im there.
There you go! That last sentance says it all .
Never have been one for D+B there’s only so much you can do with the Amen , it seems pretty exhausted to me , thats not to say I wont turn down a big phat roller with some nasty hoovers in it , but it has to be FAT and DARK, none of this insipid liquid/lounge/lift d+b No sir NO way NO HOW !
