      And again :cry::cry:

      Quote:
A teenager has been killed and another is fighting for his life after a suspected gang knife attack in east London.

Detectives have detained a 13-year-old boy in the Leytonstone area of the capital.

The 14-year-old who was stabbed to death is the sixth youth to die in a knife attack in just a month.

His 15-year-old friend is in a critical condition in hospital.

The victims were attacked by a large gang of youths in the entrance of an east London tower block.

Police were called to Crownfield Road in Leytonstone shortly before 8pm on Friday after reports of two teenagers suffering serious injuries.

The attack came on the day a 22-year-old pregnant woman Krystal Hart was shot dead in a south-west London street.

Police have not named the teenagers but said both victims were black and lived in the Leytonstone area.

Detective Chief Inspector Matthew Horne said: “We understand a large group of youths were involved in an incident in the foyer of Gean Court, a block of flats in Langthorne Road E11, during which we believe the two victims were stabbed.

“It is believed they then managed to stagger the short distance to nearby Crownfield Road.

“A number of youths were seen running from the scene.”

Police say they are remaining open minded regarding the motive and circumstances of the attack.

Witnesses are asked to contact Crimestoppers anonymously on on 0800 555 111.

I was born in London, lived there for many years and used to love the place but now I’m glad I got out. Just 15-16 years ago I could go anywhere in London I wanted at any time of day or night, a young teenager on his own and it wasn’t that unsafe..

yes there might be a few youths try to jack you if you strayed into the wrong “ends” but if you kept your wits about you and were careful you would get away in one piece and with your property intact (even if it did involve running as fast as you could) but even the youths in gangs respected a bit of front and left you alone; now it seems they would kill without a second thought..

the other current murder case is even worse

a pregnant 22 year old woman has been shot dead in the “nice bit” of South London (yes, it does exist) – Scotland Yard detectives suspect an older man aged 30-50 did it over a parking space

both victim and alleged attacker are white and its not a gang area..

that is definitely an escalation -there have always been “hard men” (the old style “London villain”) and they always had access to firearms, but using one was seen as an extreme act right up until the late 1990s..

Shooting a defenceless pregnant woman for such a trivial matter would have been unthinkable (it might have happened if she had ripped off someone for tens of thousands worth of drugs, and even then it would still be thought of as extreme – but a parking space FFS?)

Britain has definitely created Londonistan – a capital city which is now a warzone of competing tribes..
