  • This picture shows 20 acres divided equally into two 10 acre rectangles.

The house marked on the plan is a big American farmhouse.

The smaller buildings on the site are equivalent in size to a normal British suburban house.

(NB: this photo is in Florida, not Essex).

Ahoi, Im at the university in Colchester, if there’ll be any raving near us I’m sure I cud get a fair few people over. When were you planning on hosting?

Hey been reading the forums and had to register when i read this!! sounds awesome hope you get this sorted guys, if so let me know im a budding techno/trance dj/producer who just started out from essex 🙂 my ol man used to throw loads of legal parties round halstead way in various venues (and probably others that he doesn’t want me to know about)

only way i can help u guys is by bringing some cool peeps to the party

hi yer i have always wanted to go to studio 3, it sounds prett cool, how big is it like to compared to somewhere like the junction in cambrige, and is it as good as the junction, i was going to go to a night called evil kitty there a few weeks ago but sadly couldnt go. yer that would be good if we could meet up at studio 3 in may. im not sure if the event will be able to take place this summer as there is only 4 months till agust. what is your thoughts. if we really crack on witht he tens application we could hold it this summer.

    Never happened AFAIK.

although I don’t think there was anything sinister about the post, I think the lad must have abandoned the idea on realising the effort involved and perhaps encountering opposition from locals/neighbours
