TBH if you are the lad in question you really shouldn’t be discussing an active case on a public internet forum.
if you are telling the truth and “friends” did it then I do feel a bit sorry for you as obviously as a 17 year old lad you aren’t going to want to grass friends up to the Police, even though they have got your house raided and you in a certain amount of trouble. But I wouldn’t keep such people as friends.
there’s still the issues that the cops found drugs paraphenalia in your house – they probably haven’t got evidence of intent to supply but have some intelligence that you have used drugs.
if whatever the CSI lot find on your personal electronic kit shows no evidence of dealing then you are unlikely to get anything more than a reprimand. its worth being a bit more discreet in future though..
