its like a scene off a film! At least he wasn’t too badly hurt, if the timing was off he could have got run over by the train or fallen betwen the wagons :yakk:
Man ‘falls off bridge into wagon’
A man has been taken to hospital after being found in a freight train in the Peak District.
It is thought he fell off a railway bridge and landed in the coal wagon of the moving train.
He was found when it arrived at Hope at about 0600 BST. British Transport Police (BTP) believe the man broke an arm and a foot.
The man, from Birkenhead, Wirral, told police he could not remember what happened to him.
