i wouldnt walk around a london/or city free party, in the dark with no socks or shoes but i love the feel of the outside ground under my feet, especially when it was that warm, yeah its hurt all yesterday and today, no bruise just the muscle was a bit fooked

Someone was asking what force officers were from all officers were present were GMP, all riot squad had CK on their helmets, didn’t see markings on mounted polices’ helmets but doubt was different and all vans/cars i saw on way out were GMP

I didn’t realise they had given warnings to leave, i saw the police come through on crossers but first i knew about it being broken up was when riot squad charged in.

oh and this hasn’t fucked up the area for parties, GMP have done this before now and will do again, but at the same time some parties they just ignore so its luck of the draw really and obviously picking locations carefully

it was deffo out of the way, couldnt hear it away from the site. but i think the sites need to be more out of the way, deffo away from big cities with large police forces.

What he has done – even by accident – is contributed to an entire region being unable to host parties though – due to rubbish being left behind etc.

our day in court never was. the case against was huge and was going to end in an eight day hearing. our legal team were overwhelmed with the amount of evidence offerd up by the c.p.s..allthough we had legal aid the human rights barrister advised in the end that to win an asbo application was impossible as any old evidence is acceptible including gossip,hearsay any unproven chit chat can and is used in these cases. the costs if we lost would have run into tens of thousands of pounds..he would have to sell his home and sound system to pay.
we done a deal. 3 years asbo no costs norfolk only. mr x was gutted to give it up but there was no choice for him he has a family to look after. his story was never told.
i dont want to get into a huge debate about this but blaming him for the current situation with the party scene in norfolk is outrageous.
here are some facts that have never been told. we are not defending our actions as we have done nothing wrong.
FACT.
one week before hosey gap central goverment announsed they were withdrawing the yearly grant of 30.000 given to norfolk police to control the rave scene in thieir county . the goverment were unhappy at the lack of any action to stop the raves in norfolk.this was put out on the BBC one time.
three days before the party there was a special meeting between the norfolk police and norfolk council to discuss what to do about the party scene in thier area and horsey gap was a main topic.
S—-M was invited down by a local individual on the saturday of the party in the afternoon.
no message was put out on the party line then or later. no message went out on any party site. no one knew not even ourselves untill we arrived on site.aroud midnight.
there were no police there.
the site was so full we had big problems getting down.
there was no other system there.
apart from two comunity police walking around there was no poice problems inside the site.
taken from a police report; a police officer was dispached down to the site to film a individual with a pony tail and grey hair around the system.
the police shut of all acess to the site and caused fear and chaos to the local people living nearby.as crowds of ravers were walking around, parking cars anywhere they could in the middle of the night. even a local resident was not allowed to drive to thieir qwn home.
no section 63 was issued nor was there any request to shut down.
from midday on the monday S—-Ms crew (3 of ) worked for 4 hours trying to clear up. the amount of rubbish was unbelievible as there had been more party goers over the three days than the site could hold.
huge piles of sacks were left in three or four places. (there are some pics around showing that.
when we went home pretty wacked in the early evening the police were rubbing there hands together as we rocked and rolled towards them.
the van was stuffed so there was not room for more than a few bags of rubbish.
after confirming my id we were escorted to a weigh station in norwich.we were over weight by half a ton so two of the crew had to take a train home with a big amp.
thats the facts. we are a caring rig we would not drive of and leave rubbish around.
the local press were waiting for us every time we arrived for a court hearing. why should we cover ourselves up, we have done nothing wrong.and not ashamed of anything.
tv crews from both stations were waiting at other court appearancec and there was no way to avoid them.
he was labled as the mastermind behind the rave scene .
the tv came to his home and he was asked about how he felt about the damage done to the site and about the litter left behind.he attemted to put the truer piture about the rave scene but none of the comments were used. the human rights issues were never mentioned nor the lack of any sec 63.
now thats a lot to take. i felt this had to be said c would not do this himself .you can now make your own mind up i know that all he wants to do is listen to his system in full blast and ave a good stomp. his health and age has got nothing to do with his partyvibe. thanks for reading this huge article its taken me hours to do.
