I’ve watched loads of these vids on youtube now and have only seen one bloke get pushed to the ground so far.
if you dont want to get smacked round the head with a trucncheon, dont wind the riot police up basically.

I think people are lashing out at supposed police brutality as more of a way to let out some anger over how things were handled overall.
I dont think enough was done by the police before they s63d. It seems to me like that full force was the first and only option. I dont remember seeing them negotiating with rig owners to shut down ect. It would be nice to hear from a few to see what was said between them.
I do agree that people shouldn’t have been standing around the coppers. But alot of the people’s cars were there In the quarry, and obviously the rigs were too. So even if only those people were there, there would be alot of people hanging around. You cant expect people to leave their vehicles around that sort of shit. Obviously they will be looking after them, or waiting around to get in and fuck off. Im sure people weren’t keen on getting in the cars and driving off when still too spangled, right infront of the coppers and lost of people ect.
Also GL, to do with the parking. It did say on the party line to block roads ect, but after the firs few hours of everyone coming in, parking was ok. The road leading to the quarry was a mile long roman road, well out of the way of the streets, and only went to the quarry. So once cars were sorted, there was actually a small passage way through them all to the exit and vise versa. Infact a few cars drove through going home early and that, no bother.
As for that lorry. It was old man whats his face I think, because I helped him move some cars, soley because they kept smahing other cars out of the way. I saw loads of damaged cars from their fucking truck. Glad some bloke warned me and I got my car out of the way before it got hit. There was a car next to me with the rear lights smashed off on one side and others with huge dents in. Dont quote me, Im pretty sure It was him and his truck though. Anyone PM what colour his is so I can tell If Im right? He might have just been organising moving cars to be nice to a randomer.
