Looks brown enough to be grown outdoors in the tropics (hence, “bush” weed). UK outdoor grows tend to be greener and pretty damp when harvested.
Outdoor grows mean you are relying on nature to get you buds rather than setting up conditions that favour budding (which is what indoor growing is all about, as far as making big sticky buds goes).
It’s not toxic but it’s not “great” weed either. Sometimes growers just pass out the non-bud parts of a plant to those that prefer it to bud. Other people charge for it (but not that many will pay for it as the THC content isn’t as high as a piece of bud).
