ive had a medusa piercing pretty much for 6 years solidly an i never found it to catch my teeth of give me any problems buuuuuut.. the first time i had it pierced it swelled up so bad the disc got lodged in my upper lip.. had to be cut out by ‘hopital. sad 🙁 waited a few months an re did it an it sat fine all them years unitll i lost the ball to the bar at secret garden party summer just gone an must have swallowed the bar coz its not there anymore 🙁 now ive got a 2.4mm septum i plan on stretching little more i think a medusa would look to close an cluterd with a septum so definatly gonna go for the vertical labret me thinks
