I am one of the old skool ravers from way back in the early 90’s and sadly (well stil having wicked time), but i want my mates to experiene rave, the whole thing from the convoy etc to the dirtyness, peeing in a field, to raves that get busted, it is all wicked and some great memories, so if anyone knows of any illegal raves in the suffolk area, please text me on 07884010216 my mates will be well chuffed, and us old skool ravers can show em how it is done!

Can I chip in here and say that raves/free parties aren’t “illegal”.

Anyone passing on any info (numbers etc) should also realise that they are handing out private information to the public!

why don’t you register?

that way you can use all the other facilities of the site (such as private messages)

it’s not a very good idea to put your mobile number up on a public website… you may find there are problems with spamming etc, aside from darker possibilites

What other types of raves are there besdies semi-legal underground ones? I’m in Arizona and am totally unfamiliar with the scene in England, but am moving there soon so I very much want to learn about it! I have had some success in finding information about major events, but if your underground scene is anything like the underground scene in AZ, then finding out about the events is about knowing the right people… and I don’t. Yet. Does anyone know where I could find some samples of your local DJ’s sets? Or any production company websites?

depends where you are in the country

but you could try the MP3 section of this site, or the streaming radio

or keep looking through the forums… plenty of people have posted links to their websites, tracks, mixes etc

Just found this thread. Anyways, Wonder II is a legal rave.The first one was so successful they are expanding it enormously to the second one. A warehouse is legally rented out, and everything is by the book. Well, mostly anyways. We post all sorts of info about our events beforehand on our AZ sites… we’ve never had a problem with the police. They don’t just go on sites, looking for parties to bust. They have much bigger fish to fry.

looks phat, didnt expect to see photek on there, and the designs darker than a lot of stuff that ive seen of u.s. design. a lot more of the kandikid culture is shown over here, mostly coz britons are a miserable bunch and love taking the piss

There’s a significant kandie kid culture here in AZ too, its just that this isn’t a kandie kid party. California has an even bigger Kandie Kid culture than Arizona does, but theirs is a bit more “plastic” in my opinion. What are your kandie kids like? Any different than ours?

I can’t access the mp3 section of the site because I’m not a registered memeber.

I’m not a registered member because despite requesting it being sent to me three times, I never have recieved the conformation email to allow me to become a member. I filled out the help form explaining this, and never got a response from them either. I want to become a member, but this site seems to not want me to be one. 😥

The scene here? Check out my new post in the Hello from Arizona thread for some video, pics, and audio. About half our events are Desert Parties, and about half are Warehouse Parties. Average event size is a few hundred people, the larger ones approaching 1000. DnB and Hardcore are the most popular genres. Most desert parties cost $5-10, most warehouse cost $15-20. There is ususally one major event every saturday night, some weekends have friday and saturday night events. Ummm…. what else do you want to know?
