I used to robo trip pretty regularly in high school and there were quite a few times where I experienced what some call “enlightenment”. I remember laying in bed half conscious half awake and seeing Buddha, Jesus and some other religious figure appear at the same time and talk to me. I couldn’t understand what they were saying or even if they said anything. On another occasion, my friend was sleeping over and we both robo tripped together and we shared my bed and I began seeing flying all around my face so I kept swatting at them and my friend kept saying what the fuck is wrong with you, can I go for a walk? I was like SHHHHHH my parents are sleeping, you better not leave my room. I’m pretty sure I yelled this instead of whispering like I thought I was doing because your hearing is affected by that stuff. I wouldn’t mind trying it again but the rough part is not sleeping all night.
