To me that just indicates you have a below ‘normal’ tolerance threshold for benzodiazepines. What you mention I would consider normal; except it is off tiny doses. Not necessarily a bad thing, yeah you’re seemingly a little bit more susceptible to its effects than most but that will save you a few quid.

Also you seem to have been coupling the benzo use with alcohol which will exaggerate the effects of both subsrances. Be careful man, don’t start popping these too often or you will become addicted.

One person may get fucked up on a white (2mg) and one may be able to take a blue (10mg) and stil be standing ( even of drinking alcohol on top)

Zopiclone is a hypnotic so yes could help with occasional insomnia but wouldn’t help him with the anxiety he suffers from. Also Zopiclone has some anti-psychotic properties and are potentially dangerous for those without psychotic symptoms. I wouldn’t bother with these unless prescribed, plus they give you that nasty metallic taste.

sometimes it helps in the long run to remember that what we do is a choice. Sometimes it seems an easy choice, but its still your choice. You can have what you want if you choice it.

Yeah a shorter lasting benzo like xanax could be more suitable. I personally found Midazilam provides a nice mellow buzz while not being very heavy on the sedative effect. Everybody reacts differently though so that could just be me.

The better answer though would be just to get back on track with the training he’s been doing. He’s actually been on PV fuck all compared to like a month ago, this place has been a bit dead lately.
