  • hey yet again,

so i did some research and found a supposedly reputable vendor, recommended highly. but i placed an order and they sent one thing but they didn’t send my scales, and they didn’t say anything and they’re not replying to emails. its really sad cos i really like the look of this place but how can i use them again if they just dont send stuff?… lol. i guess this is a fairly pointless thread, but what would you do?… other than the obvious; find another one (but fine if thats your answer). i want to find a possible excuse for them, they have a really good rep apparently, but i can’t think of one. guess i’ve been stung, or the guy has slipped into a coma moments before writing an explanation email… has this happened to anyone?… maybe there is a long delay, but lol, i ordered special next day delivery… bow-locks

if its legal research chemicals you are entitled to all the protection any consumer has. if they do not deliver goods as promised its a civil wrong and potentially a criminal offence as well, and if they don’t respond to complaints then you can notify your card company and/or trading standards.

what is strange is that its not even odd or controversial to purchase these scales and they are easy to get. they have a number of other perfectly legit uses in the electronics industry and crafts and you are better off buying them cheaper from supplier to these places.

Vendors sometimes just ignore you if they dont have the item in stock. Did you receive an email saying ‘waiting fulfilment’?

yes, and then the day after it said ‘awaiting shiment’

they could at least reply and/or give an approximate date. the whole idea of what remains of the UK legal RC’s is that they are supposed to be legitimate businesses not like conventional illegal drugs dealers, and as such should comply to the same customer service standards. OK many normal small businesses often ignore customers but I tend not to use them more than once…

i guess this is not hugely interesting as you’ll never know which vendor it was, but just to conclude; the guy (might be a guy…) finally emailed me back, said sorry, says my scales are sent today put 20 squid on my account 🙂
