im going on a 10 day rettreat at this vipassana center in bali, looks like it’ll be really good. anybody else heard of it or tried it?
Vipassanā (Pāli) or vipaśyanā (विपश्यना, Sanskrit) in the Buddhist tradition means insight into the nature of reality. A regular practitioner of Vipassana is known as a Vipassi (vipasya).
as ive decided to ditch bali this is where im going to go do that vipassana course now.. only 7 days as well which i think is a bit more manageble.
