I use it all the time. Its called Spybot Search and Destroy. Its a great piece of software and will get rid of mostly all spyware, adware, malware etc. Works a treat when cleaning up computers.

How ever, if you say the virus is stopping other programmes from opening, you may have problems using it. Never the less, defo give it a try.

if that not work man you might be looking at a reinstall! … them kinda viruses totaly fuck ur shit up man.

if that program not work spybot … it normaly gets everything .. i can search for an actual program specificaly for the thing … you can search youtube for it’s name and normaly you’ll get a few hit’s on what to do …. just read several forum posts and some wiss kid’ll have allready posted how to get rid of it hopefully
