at my work there is a NHS official document of the legal versions of these and big warnings to check dosage units as they vary by large factors and can be in micrograms. I’d photograph it but I think it is a protect or restricted document and its unusual for it to be seen outside a NHS hospital.
The more potent stuff like this is intended for syringe drivers for the bedridden; even the trained personel avoid using it in normal syringes or any other method of dosage if at all possible, as especially in the elderly its too bloody dangerous.
I think it wasn’t long ago the Russian special forces put in a gas bomb of one of these synthetic opiates into some place terrorirsts were holding hostages; which turned out not to be the best idea as it OD’d a lot of the hostages as well as incapacitated the target.
