    i’m not sure thats true, although i’m quite happy to be corrected on this one. I had a look about for info, and i i found some stuff.

    i think the phone companies are supposed to keep records, of usage not content, for 12 months…

    this article highlights some of the difficulties over storage, i think its unlikely ‘they’ are recording the content of all phone calls at this point. the content of txts and e-mails would be easier, but still a big job.
