the OP didn’t respond because they were banned from here, they were involved in various scams and attempts to try and sell illegal drugs online and the “dumb question” was part of a viral marketing attempt at this.
this site is a .com but happens to have the bulk of the mods from Northern Europe (or influenced by this areas culture) and users from the UK and surrounding European countries, though we are welcoming to friendly and legit users from anywhere in the world (though not spammers).
In reality methamphetamine is no better or worse than any other drugs consumed on the EDM scene in Europe, especially as our perceived (but often misunderstood) “liberal attitudes” mean taboos against opiate and depressant use and poly drug use have also broken down.
there are two big cultural differences – In Europe its dealing and posession usually attracts far higher penalties than other “party drugs” but doesn’t provide as much profit are more addictive hard drugs. its use is mostly confined to the more hedonistic sections of the LGBT community.
There are also many cheaper, “less illegal” and slightly less harsh stimulants on the European drugs market which those wanting such are more prepared to stay with.
In the USA it clearly seems that many folk are using methamphetamine to either deal with a bad “work life balance” (as it extends endurance for manual work, driving etc (OK dangerous but your roads are bigger and if its a large vehicle there is might is right” attitude)) – or simply to cope with life itself as they cannot obtain or afford other forms of mental health treatment.
that said a similar chemical to it (mephedrone) was briefly uncontrolled in Europe and caused near similar social carnage when folk got greedy – but just like methamphetamine if used in small doses by self disciplined people the problems weren’t normally as bad. However few drug users are like that.
