On the Met Office website there is a press release which states that May to Semptember 2006 is the warmest May to September on record. This includes July, which was the hottest month on record!

This is based on the Central England temperature record, which goes back to 1659, and is the longest instrumental temperature record in the world.:cry:

Anybody wanna try and cheer me up? I’m scared…:hopeless:
