its a misconception that those herbal highs which contain ephedrine are safe. They may be legal but they still have an overdose potential and can cause heart problems.
In Malaysia they are sold as “quick diet pills” and a friend of the family (a middle aged man who was worried about becoming fat) took too many at once and had a heart attack this way…
they are still drugs and must be treated with respect.
