on page 10 it actually also mentions two 24 hour spaces playing “ambient, background, low level music at agreed hours and noise levels”, presumably Iacchus is in one of these…
Appendix 9 is worth a read to the sound engineers on here, its how they plan to keep the noise in the festival area without annoying the “neighbours” (although the nearest are over 1km away!)
