Looking back at the posts, there is a lot of people saying positive things about this event. I hope it goes ahead and everyone has a great time. I’m not whinging or being negative, I’m just being realistic about my chances of being able to spare the time to travel/party/recover/travel. D.

I certainly couldnt! therefore I thank you for your offer and am willing to support with ‘hands on’ (no jokes please) assistance once there….

I think if Glo offered to organise it with his know how of the local area that part of the country is ideal
and specifcally good as he appears to have a base level of sound knowledge of land owners etc –

if it was organised up north other people would be maoning about that –

you cant please all people…..

exactly – TENS has been proven as a workable solution in his manor whilst other areas have fucked up having been given a chance, or people have been stubborn and continued to hold illegal parties in bad locations thus destroying a lot of tolerance/goodwill that may have existed amongst locals.

OTOH globalloon and the crews in his area have put the effort in and made a big success of things – fair play to him for sticking his neck out too to put on this party – he’s holding himself accountable for the actions of 499 others many of whom he won’t know all that well..

I have no experience of this sort of thing but I’m guessing

a few decisions need to be made soon :

IE:

Is it going ahead?

Approx where is it going to be held?

Who’s gonna give up their time and energy and be prepaired to take on the hasstle of searching for a location / Tens, logi-stick stuff

How much?

Who’s coming etc etc

and take it from there

other wise I can see this thread going on and on forever more………….
