I will have to travel from pretty much as far away as you can get in the UK without actually crossing sea, and I’ll be doing it… It’s being organised in Glo’s stomping ground ‘cos he’s already done parties down there, applied for TENS etc – makes it much easier to do it again. And if he’s organising it, then he has every right to do it on his doorstep (I know for sure I would…) Else he will be travelling endlessly to meetings with officials etc in whatever place chosen, to the site to fine tune details etc etc. How is it even remotely fair to make him travel 1000’s of miles over the next 6-10 months just so a few people can save themselves a couple of hundred miles travel? Get a grip people….:sign0027:…. If you can’t be bothered to do the extra few miles, you don’t deserve to call yourselves ravers…..
@ Glo – Raj has probably already offered all this for me, but any expertise/equipment etc I have are yours to use as you want to. Let me know if I can do anything – I’ve got experience with every aspect of the sound/stage side including the health and safety (done it for clubs, and licensed festi’s), and have a rig that I will bring down if you need….:weee: Can also lend an able dogsbody if needed….:wink:
