Weed is 114 times less deadly than alcohol, study finds – World – News – The Independent
Why is it strange do you think? What makes it a strange number?
Because its 114, not say 100. Seems like they’ve gone for pure shock value, as the mind already values 100 as a high quantity, so by anything, 114 is obscene figure as it looks harsher and more imposing.
You’re right about 100 being enough but the other 14 are add around 17& to that 100 which is not insignificant.

How many times safer is Mushrooms then? I’d like good old Psilocybin legalised again, don’t really care for the whole weed being legal ting, n if I really did, I’d move a few hundred miles to a really nice liberal country and learn Dutch.
Weed I found really addictive from 14-18 and it put me in a really dark head space in those years, perhaps teenage angst was part of it too and unsureness of the future but after quitting and moving onto harder drugs I was never ever plagued with the same epic paranoia and shyness that Cannabis plagued me with as my habit grew to a massive level from 16 to late 17. I quit almost totally at 18 and never really smoked it much at all since apart from a few occasions for free when I wanted to boost the effects of other drugs.
