cheers, im glad you enjoyed it. really happy i managed to get it all down as you know how it is sooner or later it all drifts away. every so often i have to read it again to remind myself, of course there are some bits that i will remember for the rest of my life.

yeah i allways think about wrighting down my trips after they happen .. but normaly am too mangled to make it make any sence in words and by the time i can ..cant remeber half of it any way so still wouldn’t make much sence to any one that didn’t experiance it:crazy_diz

trying to remember any stories but can only think of one time wandering around barnes common,
seeing fairys and magical creature in the trees,
then had my head resting on my arms on a kitchen table, eyes closed thinking I was flying whilst watching little capsual pills with arms and legs trying to get out of a maze
luckily never had a bad experience myself so far,
but had an ex who’s hallucination was of his ‘face turning into a waerwolf and then all the skin peeling off as if he’d been burnt’ that pretty fucked him up so he never did em again

only really bad experiance i have had on shrooms was when i was lying in this over grown field with 2 m8s and got really freaked out that the plants were trying to engulf me as they were pissed off that we were sitting on them .. that was a bit scary lol:laugh_at:

to be honest the scariest thing i think i have ever experienced while on shrooms was probably my friend freaking out. i am pretty good at keeping my mind in check and can force my self into remembering that i have taken a drug and thats why these things are happening. one time i took them with this guy and he just got extreme paranoia and completely freaked out, we were safe inside my house but he thought he could hear hoards of people out side that were “coming to get him” not very pleasant

do they grow out of season? i found what looks like liberty caps in my garden but it seems a bit odd. ill post some pictures if i can be bothered!:bounce_fl

it isn’t as such the season as the conditions, if the conditions were right it would be entirely possible. liberty caps can be found in the spring as well as autumn, they just aren’t as plentiful. it is extremely unlikely that what you have is a liberty cap unless you happen to live in the northern most part of scotland. its most likely one of the Panaeolus family most likely Panaeolus foenidecii or to your average joe a haymaker. 😉 (mycology is a bit of a thing of mine) i have been seeing these little tikes all over the place at the moment. please put up a pic though i would be interested to see.

they sure do, as long as the conditions are right for the mycelium then you will get fruiting bodies. it isn’t at all as common though. Psilocybe semilanceata are tricky little buggers and notoriously picky about the conditions they grow in hence there has only ever been once successful attempt by anyone to cultivate them. personally i wouldn’t go out in the spring with the intension of a hunt but if you ever happen to be out you might want to keep an eye peeled.
