Party Vibe

So some friends and I took a camping trip to the Gemini Psy Trance Festival around June. I wanted to have a full “experience” of a psy trance festival so a friend convinced me to do shrooms, (after all they were free), after taking more then an 1/8th with someone I just met in the woods,(I wasn’t bothering to count them, too busy in conversation) which was a big mistake on my part considering I’m such a lightweight. As soon as the forest turned into a puzzle I knew it’d be an f*cked up night. We met another group and started roasting marshmallows at which point I started freaking out saying I took too much, so my friend gets up to give me a hug and he turns into a mime so I scream which in turns makes me decide that I need to take a walk to clear my head(haha) so basically the trees were the most horrifying things I ever had the pleasure of looking at. I ran to the beach with some other trippers and my friend tells me to sit on his lap on a rock, well turns out we were sitting on nothing and we both fell in the water so I run out of the water only to find that i’m sinking in quicksand with thousands of Coraline dolls smiling at me >_< I finally find what I think is ground but turns out to be a cement block and attempt to lay down…crappy part is I had no idea where down was. I guess I looked pretty helpless because onlookers took me in a tent to calm me down(this whole time I can't talk), its nightime now and the stars are extremely "close" which freaked me out because I live in Vegas and we have no stars haha. People were popping glowsticks on me and wearing costums which didnt help my trip much. This nice psy trancer named Medic's purpose is to look for people who are having bad trips so he takes me to a van and lets me lie down till I can figure out who the hell I am lmao. The freaky thing about him was the day before this I had a lucid dream that I was going to meet someone named Medic. When I can finally stand up and get a grip on reality I get out of the van only to find that a sign above me says "THE SAMSON EXPERIMENT" …well that freaked me out, still does, so I run away and wander upon my group who has been terrified for hours looking for me 😛 So when we find the guy with the experiment van he acts like hes never seen me and gives me a scary look.

I don’t feel like writing everything but I will NEVER again do that.

fair enough mate. i did shrooms at 14, i’m not defending it but i know as soon as you start telling people to “grow up” etc. it puts their back up and is probably more likely to make them do it.

if we’re talking responsible drug taking the only option for young people is honest, open education that doesn’t just focus on shock tactics and negative aspects.

yeah mate, iv done a lot of shrooms and iv never had any trips even close to that intensity.

to be honest i could see a shroom trip being as intense as described here.
i did 3 grammes on fireworks night (this is after 4/5 previous trips of less shrooms) and there were 9!! other people. which was fuckin stupid, never have that namy ppl all tripping. we were all doin various amounts.
basically chaos unfolded, i felt as if i had dreamt the entire night before and was now living in that dream, and the whole night looped on forever, i started getting worried thinkin i had broken some rule of reality then realised that i could easily live in this looping world. i saw the futility of existence which depressed me a little.
i couldnt communicate anything, felt quite detached from all my friends, but ended up by the fire in utter bliss 🙂
obv alot more than this happened in the 6 or whatever hours but i cba to type it all:D these are the main bits
