    i wasn’t eating…just drinking a lot of beer called dominikaner…cause it was the cheapest drink in the oil station^^

    Not a lot, I have food poisoning again….

    Nothing yet, but got a stew on the bubble ready for tomorrow. I always cook a stew the day before I plan to eat it, needs a night to settle before it’s at it’s best….. oh and my not so secret ingredient, I use Hot Pepper Sauce to give it a little kick… yum yum

    Got some reestit mutton on the hob cooking away – my mate brought it down with him from Shetland. It’s pretty much a hunk of cured mutton thats been hung up above a fire to dry for a few months, and it looks and smells like one of those dog treats you find in the pet shop. Leave it on simmer overnight, let it cool, skim all the fat off it then shred the meat and add carrots, neeps and tatties and cook ’til done. Fucking tasty and a really unique flavour.
