KFC chickens are delivered without heads, a chicken has a very small brain for its size (hence the term bird brain). it is most likely to be a lung, organs are removed when processing a chicken and either (like the liver) sold seperately for human food or used for cat/dog food. But a chicken’s lungs take more effort to remove (there are various machines invented to do this, you can even buy them on ebay) and could be missed during the intensive processing of birds in a place like KFC.

Yep, and for that reason its not even normally served up for human food. TBH especially as society gets more divided, if I am not cooking something myself, I am very wary of getting anyone to cook for me unless they are trusted friends (like the folk at the food coop) or family, and I know exactly what is being served up.
