I know you said you used to lift weights (pretty sure that was you anyway..), so why don’t you get back into that? The more muscle mass you have the more calories you burn without doing anything, I think its something like 1lb of muscle = 50 calories a day, so 10lbs of muscle = 500 extra calories. You’ll also look less fat (not saying you are fat, i’ve never even seen you, just the only way I can phrase it) as muscle takes up more space then fat so you will just fill out more.
