Dude what made the video had his house raided and his camera and all his unedited videotapes confiscated and examined by CSI. Cops actually went to the effort of getting a Court Order to turn his house over and perhaps to get google and his ISP to cough up his home address (although putting his full name in the video credits may have also provided clues!)
From what I remember the videomaker didn’t get charged but a lot of people did.
Apart from rigs being crushed, young dealers were all picked off one by one and a fair few sent down. not massive sentences but enough to fuck up a young persons life (it is hard to get a job with a criminal record, even I’ve found that and I’ve just got cautions). Most of these youths aren’t major criminals but just normal kids who party, although it does seem round here if you’ve not got a job you are much more likely to get sent down for drugs whereas a employed person gets a community penalty or fine..
round here authorities know people are stubborn so when they want to make a stand they are equally tenacious.
