The best opioid I ever used regularly was diconal. The strength was incredible and I actually found it both more enjoyable than morphine and much much more preferable to heroin. I only tried heroin once but I was overcome with wanting to puke compared to the opiates I was used to, heroin had a sort of dirty, not entirely pleasant, but that may have had something to do with my experiences with pharmaceutical grade opiods prior to that.
