does anyone have any suggestions as to what they could do to tackle this problem more effectively? what would make you drink more responsibly if you binge drink?
on the table currently are proposals to make alcohol something you can only purchase on a dedicated aisle in the supermarket [ie you buy it separately from your food]
and they are about to spend a huge amount of money on a new advertising campaign
