Funny u should mention this, as there was a recent press report suggesting there was evidence that marijuana supresses some types of lung cancer!:wink:

The findings may shed light on a question that has been puzzling Horovitz: Why hasn’t there been a spike in lung cancer in the generation that smoked a lot of marijuana in the 1960s.
“I find it fascinating, wondering if the reasons we’re not seeing this spike is that THC inhibits lung cancer cells,” he said. “It would be very ironic, although you certainly wouldn’t tell somebody who smoked cigarettes to add marijuana.”
I’m sure spliffs are more toxic than fags, but then i can’t smoke 20 spliffs a day, whereas i can (at a push) with fags…The ‘no spike’ thing, if true, is an amazing fact!:weee:
I have to say that my lungs are a bit shabby, and its all about tobacco for me… i think smoking pure weed is far, far healthier.
