Would it not make more sense to declassify it completely so everyone could grow it if they wanted to? That at least would remove the black market potential for profits entirely and save the police a lot of time.

another point is that if they declassified cannabis to a legal drug then they could spend more time catching real criminals like herion dealers who are cutting the herion with rat poisin and other discusting chemicals, murders, rapists

and that sort of threat to society

the goverment could make so much money on grass if they went and legalised it as well because thay could tax it and people would pay for it
