Depends what job you’re applying for and how deep a police record they do!
Applying for a building site you could have convictions for rape and nobody would bother to find out

Get a job at the home office or forensic science service or something like that and they’ll do a full search where even a caution for weed will show up

There are mild checks and thorough checks – only convictions appear on the average check

I think it does give me more interesting idea’s but they then turn out to be total rubbish when I wake up, a bit like stoned conversations about the world, seem so wise at the time, such tosh in the morrow
