If we all understood the Misuse of Drugs Act a little better. Prosecution with a guilty verdict would not be the only outcome.

The interview is long but very informative.

Sorry if I’m wasting my time, but people are in jail for a harmless plant..Loss of liberty and lives literally ruined. Same goes for other drugs that we all enjoy and that harm no one.

Furry muff folks.

Interview is still worth a listen. The hypocrisy, lies and cover up stands for lots if not all recreational drugs.

The law is not being applied as it was intended. It is in fact a beautiful law, based around harm.

Why on earth do you care what others think? especially when if they are looking down on you because of your drug of choice. We all know the stats regarding “legal drugs” alcohol etc…

Personally I look down on them. I am at peace no matter what others say or think, I hope that you can find that inside you.

basically mate, going into public and abusing illegal drugs is fucking dumb through and through….

i dunno why you’d want to abuse/be on drugs in public anyway. (not the drugs i like to do and the amounts anyway)

I’m not talking about being off your face in the town centre! Please re-read my posts.

I’m on about challenging the system and showing the hypocrisy, lies and general bad behaviour of our Gov for what it is.

I’m fed up with sitting around getting f***ed over!

Question their illegality, get clued up on the actual law. Fight injustice from the inside.

CPS and Police rely on our fear and ignorance of the Law. :crazy_diz

I don’t want people to do more than they can. Lots of folks have families and stuff.

Awareness of what they have taken from us, and the underhanded way that it’s been done need to be more widely known.

We can only do that by involvement in the law and it’s misuse. A proactive stance is a brave one to take, but IMHO it’s the only one.

You guys say Fuck the law most weekends. Pushed further underground over recent years. Isn’t there enough of this ridiculous crushing of human rights to be, “too lazy” .

I’m gunna get off me soap box now and STFU :weee:

Re: getting clued up….Read!! is all I can say Law library It is your own responsibility to understand the laws that we live by and how they are misinterpreted by government.

…and i’ll post again Drug Equality Alliance (DEA) – Legal Arguments This is a legal challenge that is going through the courts as we speak…. Anybody can refuse their caution and go down this route…The Drug equality alliance have crafted an amazing case/argument, all instigated by Edwin Strattons arrest.
