i don’t do coke. i see very little point in spending 50 hard earned quids on a gramme of charlie when i could get:

gramme of phet/MD @ £20 per

4 gramme 8th of ganja @ @ £20 per

1 crate of stella/bud/carlsberg (20 bottles) @ £10 per.

by my calculations that’s around 2 days of chillin and partying for the price of 45 minutes of bein a dick.

It is a silly amount of money for what the buzz is. I like that shopping list, take the weed out of the equation and it’s a good un!. 😉

Im so glad you all have the same views!! I was begining to think I was the only person who thought these things!! My friends all love it!!I dont understand it!! To me a drug is something to share and experience with people I meen if i’ve got one pill and my m8 hasen’t ill split it!! or pass a spliff around etc but with coke people go off into the toilet and do it by themselves its just extremely anti social I think!!
Also I mentioned it to my friend (who is a regular user) and he said the fact that u’ve spent that much money on it makes it seem better!!! BOLLOKS!!!! I detest it!!!

I’ve seen people, very good friends, go down nasty paths on coke. worst case was armed robbery just to pay off a tick. Fuck That.

What annoys me is people’s perceptions of the drug. Like i have a group of mates and we get pissed all the time, and they’ll often get some charlie in on the weekends, but they look down on me when i say i did some mdma at a rave/club on the weekend. what the fucks that about?

such an arrogant drug too, me and my mate were saying the other day that on coke you’re always waiting for your turn to speak, but on mdma you wanna hear what everyone’s got to say. truth.

yeah too much money for the buzz you get too

it fits the rockstar / celebrity lifestyle, arrogance etc.

Very true. In particular when you dont get the best quality but only shit, and then you think why you spend so much money.
In the other hands I mind you the stuff you mentioned before in long term is incredibly more destructive than that…if of course you use to take only coke (like myself) and dont mix.
Guys I mind you everybody…you know what it is the worst thing? The alcol..full stop.

I don’t mind it but its expensive, unethical (even ket is less of a issue as its legally produced) and eventually causes health and personality problems especially if you don’t have self control.

yep.. I guess you have heard of Operation Falcon in your area – well the first lot what got busted included a fair few of my high school classmates, now also in their 30s and involved in all sorts of wrong shit.

I am a whole generation older than you, so if the same thing is happening yet again – well some people my age group remember youths fucking themselves up first time round and seeing the cops/NHS/families pick up the pieces, so to see it again makes peoples views more entrenched against not just free parties but the whole nightlife culture

I’m old enough to remember when everything in Newbury and Reading had to close by midnight and stuff like glade simply wouldn’t have been allowed.

we could easily be headed back that way if people can’t check themselves.

I just don’t see the point, a small line makes me feel like I’ve snorted pro plus, and a larger one just makes me want to wander round a party site by myself for a bit. For that amount of money? Naaah mate.
